Campbell Grading, Inc., built the Pacific Overlook, which provides a place for visitors to sit and take in the expansive views of the Pacific Ocean from Lands End to the Golden Gate Bridge.
The outlook sits next to the Presidio Coastal Trail and Lincoln Boulevard, half a mile south of the Golden Gate Bridge.
This project involved extensive concrete work and construction of handcrafted benches made from salvaged cypress trees from the bluffs below. Park Tread® surfacing was used for the overlook and adjacent trail to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Accessibility Guidelines for Outdoor Areas (AGODA) requirements.
