Muir Beach & Redwood Creek Alluvial Fan Restoration Project. Completed Fall 2010.
We have continued with building the H-beam wall for the Presidio Coastal Trail and Golden Gate Overlook. The following pictures show our progression over the last week.
The holes for the I-beams were drilled.
These piles are the soil that was drilled out of the I-beam holes.
We then lowered each beam one by one with a crane.
The beams were then cemented in place.
